DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS, ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS OR ASSIGNMENTS?
We do, We travel often for work. Just in the past few seasons we’ve shot weddings in Washington, Oregon, all over California, New York, Luxembourg, Jamaica, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Portugal, Singapore, Italy, England, Dubai, India, Jordan, Mexico, Iceland and Aruba. More than 80 percent of our jobs are outside of Washington. We require airfare, lodging and usually a rental car. Please inquire for a specific quote for your destination.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Wedding commissions begin at $4000 and portrait sessions at $800. Elopement coverage begins at $1,500.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT COMMISSIONING YOU FOR MY DATE?
We take commissions on a first-come, first-served basis. A retainer fee of 50% of the total cost and a signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
AFTER THE WEDDING HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Delivery time varies depending on what month you get married. December through June weddings can expect to have their images within 4-8 weeks. July through November weddings will be delivered 8-12 weeks after the wedding. Because we will shoot 75 percent of our jobs July through November, delivery time is longer during those months.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL YOU DELIVER?
More images than you can shake a stick at. It seems like every season we are delivering more and more photos to clients. We average 600-900 images upon delivery.
WILL WE GET DIGITAL FILES?
You bet. We won’t hold your images ransom. Your fully processed high-resolution digital files will be uploaded to a password protected web-gallery. From there you will be able to share, download, make prints, etc..
HOW CAN I PAY YOU?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash or Stripe. Whatever works best for you.
DO YOU BRING BACKUP GEAR?
Yes. And backup to our backup.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
We carry a 1 million dollar liability policy. Some venues require insurance. Let us know if you need proof for your venue.
